Turbine flow sensor with pulse output, RS485

A flowmeter that uses a turbine to measure. It first converts the flow rate to the speed of the turbine and then converts the speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow. This flowmeter is used to detect the instantaneous flow and the total integrated flow, the output signal frequency, easy to digitize. When the ferromagnetic turbine blades through the magnet, the magnetic circuit of the magnetic resistance changes, resulting in induction signal. The signal is amplified and reshaped by an amplifier and sent to a counter or frequency meter to show the total integrated flow. While the pulse frequency through the frequency - voltage conversion to indicate the instantaneous flow. Impeller speed is proportional to the flow rate of the impeller is proportional to the flow through the total. The output of the turbine flowmeter is a frequency modulated signal, not only to improve the detection circuit of the anti-jamming, and simplifies the flow detection system. Its range ratio up to 10: 1, accuracy within ± 0.2%. Turbine flow meters with small inertia and small dimensions have a time constant of 0.01 seconds.
