1. Plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter requires the user to set the pipeline level, the sensor at least 5DN before, then there should be at least 3DN straight pipe. The flow control valve should be located outside the sensor downstream 3DN. Pipeline should be clear vibration, the pipe wall should be no obvious rugged.
2. First in the pipeline measuring point is above the opening of a ะค60-62mm hole, the requirements around the edge of round hole smooth, no burr and gas cutting scar and so on.
3. Unscrew the mount from the sensor and solder it securely to the opening, requiring that the lower end of the mount be flush with the inner surface of the pipe and that no leakage
